That, of course, would put him back on the field before the College Football Playoff semifinal against Oklahoma, but it’ll be close.Dan Patrick, a veteran sports radio host, said today that he’s hearing Tagovailoa’s return could be “iffy.”“Dan just said he’s hearing Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa is ‘iffy’ for game against Oklahoma,” Andrew Perloff of The Dan Patrick Show tweeted.Dan just said he’s hearing Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa is “iffy” for game against Oklahoma.— Andrew Perloff (@andrewperloff) December 13, 2018Thankfully for Alabama, the Crimson Tide have some serious depth at the quarterback position.Last year’s starter, Jalen Hurts, took over for Tagovailoa in the SEC Championship Game.
